Learning Domestic Discipline
We're having a wonderful summer and we hope you are as well! Or, if you're in Australia, we hope you're having a wonderful winter. Wherever you may be, we hope the month of July 2014 was a fun, safe, and great one for you and your loved ones.
We added plenty of new content to LDD this past month, including two brand new features! Every Thursday we now post a guest article from one of four new guest writers. Each guest writer practices a unique domestic discipline dynamic and has a unique story to tell, and we're excited to follow along on their journeys! In addition to that new feature, we've also started posting a personal post every Sunday. It has been a lot of fun so far and we hope you're enjoying both of these new columns. :)
If you missed anything this past month, here's the rundown of new content:
July 3 - Introducing the LDD Guest Blogger Team! - Want to get to know the LDD guest writers? We introduce them to you and give you an idea of what to expect from each of them in their Thursday posts.
July 5 - The A-Z Personal Posts Packet - The personal posts we wrote in the June A-Z blog challenge have all been compiled into one easy-to-read downloadable packet. Like all other LDD packets, it's completely free to download. Stop by the products site to get your copy!
July 7 - Mailbag Monday: Week 51 - We answer questions about communication in DD, getting punished unfairly, and introducing the spanking punishment into an established DD dynamic in the 51st week of Mailbag Monday.
July 8 - Red Booty Woman: When It's All A Lie - A domestic discipline blogger came clean about lying to us and the entire domestic discipline community about her life and "marriage." Chelsea gets her feelings out in a heartfelt post about the unfortunate situation.
July 10 - Guest Columnist: Jill {Week 1} - Our first guest writer, Jill, introduces herself and shares how she learned about the domestic discipline lifestyle.
July 11 - Five Things Friday: The 40 Edition - Chelsea celebrates the 40th Five Things post by talking about how long it has been since she has been spanked. She also has a feedback survey that we'd love for you to take, if you'd be so kind. :)
July 14 - Mailbag Monday: Week 52 - The Mailbag Monday column is officially one year old! Wow! In the 52nd edition of Mailbag Monday we answer questions about domestic discipline vs. abuse, no pain after the spanking, and handling multiple infractions at once.
July 17 - A Quick LDD Blog Update - We take a moment to explain why things are a little delayed/off with the LDD blog. We're moving. That pretty much explains it, yes?
July 18 - Guest Columnist: Eric {Week 1} - Our second guest writer, Eric, is the submissive partner in his marriage. He and his wife practice the FLR (or WLM) dynamic of domestic discipline and we're excited to learn more about how their marriage works.
July 21 - Mailbag Monday: Week 53 - We answer questions about rules in domestic discipline, timidness in spanking situations, and maintenance spankings in the 53rd edition of Mailbag Monday.
July 24 - Guest Columnist: Ellie {Week 1} - Our third guest writer, Ellie, practices the Cooperative Domestic Discipline (a.k.a. the Spencer Plan) dynamic with her husband, Shawn. We're looking forward to learning more about how this dynamic of DD works in her column.
July 28 - {PERSONAL POST} The #1 Rule - Chelsea talks about the #1 and most important rule in our marriage. Is it an important rule in your relationship as well?
July 28 - Mailbag Monday: Week 54 - We answer questions about working DD around our kids, when to stop spankings, and spanking bare bottomed in the 54th edition of Mailbag Monday.
July 31 - Guest Columnist: Rachel {Week 1} - Our fourth guest writer, Rachel, and her husband are relatively new to domestic discipline. She will share what will undoubtedly be a relatable story to many as she and her husband move forward as newbies in this lifestyle.
July is officially in the books! We're looking forward to an exciting month of August. We've got a lot of things planned and we're finishing up some projects, so it should be a fun upcoming month! We'll see you then. :)
